It is intended for the general public but will also be a useful first port of call for accountants, solicitors and other professionals who may only infrequently come across clients who are exposed to the temporary non-residence rules.
It includes at least one and, arguably three, rock bands as well as half a dozen must know tax cases to impress friends, clients and anyone else who likes to hear a good story.
